Sunflower Hearts are rich in oil and protein and bursting with energy and goodness. They are quick and easy to eat and enjoyed by birds all year round. Particularly liked by Tits, Bullfinches, Greenfinches, Goldfinches, Blackbirds and House Sparrows.

Sunflowers Hearts should ideally be presented using a hanging sunflower heart seed feeder but can also be fed on bird tables or a ground feeder.
