Sausages, Bacon and Ham from Lane Farm, Brundish

Lane Farm is a family run pig farm just over the border in Brundish, Suffolk. The Whitehead Team (parents Ian and Sue, ably assisted by daughters Rebecca and Sarah) raise their pigs outdoors on their family farm where they now produce all their own sausages, bacon and ham right there on the premises. We’ve always been huge Lane Farm Fans and we’re doubly proud to serve their delicious bacon and sausages in our restaurant too!

Smoked Fish and Delicacies from Pinney’s of Orford

Pinney’s is a third generation family business that’s made the absolute most of its un-enviable location on the Suffolk coast. Starting as an oyster farm, from an old derelict cottage, the business turned its hand to fishing and then most notably to smoking. The Pinney’s Smokehouse supplies us with a wide selection of smoked fish.

All of Nigel Harvey’s meats are sourced from local Norfolk farmers and each week. Many of Harvey’s meats are organic from animals reared to the highest standards of animal welfare and hygiene. Not only can we be confident of its source; we are extremely proud of its quality too!

Norfolk is of course famed for it’s wealth of seafood you can always find plenty of fishy delights in our freezer! Bunnings source their fish for us from a host of Norfolk and Suffolk fisherman from Southwold to Lowestoft, heading up to Cromer and then around to Brancaster and Kings Lynn.
