CHEF (4 Days per Week – No Evening Shifts)
Our “Day-Time” Cafe / Restaurant is seeking to recruit a strong Commis Chef or Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, working 4 days per week, with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts and overtime, particularly during school holidays and busy periods.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced CDP or a strong Commis Chef looking to take the next step in their career.
The Ideal Candidate would have:
- A strong work ethic and excellent timekeeping.
- Good communication skills and the ability to retain and apply information.
- A positive can-do attitude and a great personality.
- The ability to think quickly, use their initiative, and stay calm under pressure.
- The ability to follow direction while also working confidently and efficiently on their own.
- Previous kitchen experience and training preferred, although further development will be provided for the right candidate.
* Due to our “Out of Town” location, you would ideally have a full driving licence and own transport. Due to the nature of our kitchen and the size of the team, reliability, flexibility and a willingness to muck in are essential.

EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF REQUIRED
We are seeking to recruit two experienced team members to join our award winning casual dining restaurant / cafe.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating guests
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving food and drink orders
- Preparing hot drinks (previous barista training would be a big advantage)
- Processing orders and transactions on the till
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Supporting the kitchen team
What We Are Looking For;
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Previous hospitality experience
- Excellant communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Please note, the days we are recruiting for are normally very busy and therefore preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a similar role.
