Norfolk Gins and Spirits
As most of our customers already know, we love local products, and we also love our gin too! So, it’s indeed extremely fortunate that Norfolk is blessed with some highly talented and innovative gin producers. Whilst we can’t quite stock them all, we have selected what we believe is one of the most exciting gin collections in this part of Norfolk, with just a little bit of help from our Suffolk neighbours too!
If you enjoy exploring the ever-evolving tastes of Norfolk Gins, many of our Norfolk Gins are available in “mini” bottles which is a great way to fully enjoy a new gin experience at home without jumping straight in investing in a full
-size bottle. Gins do of course make fabulous gifts and many of our local gins are available in different sizes and price points.

Black Shuck Gin
Like most of our other Norfolk Gin Producers, Patrick and Sarah began their business from small acorns, a whole heap of sloes and a dream to produce the very best gin. With the help of their family they quickly developed one of Norfolk’s best loved brands of Gin, using many ingredients from the nearby North Norfolk Coast. The original “White Label” Black Shuck Gin is now accompanied by “Passion” (includes Passion Fruit!), “Pink Grapefruit”, “Ignite” (Navy Strength Gin) and from time to time “Blush” (made with Strawberries and Rhubarb).

Boadicea Gin
Very much a fore-runner for the most elegant Norfolk Gin bottles! Another husband a wife team, Norfolk’s Matt and Steph Brown originally set out on a mission to distill a premium sipping Vodka, made with Norfolk Barley of course. With Wild Knight Vodka put firmly on the map they turned their attentions to using it as the base to introduce their own range of gins; Boadacea. Made with Norfolk botanicals which include nettles, the range includes “Classic”, “Spiced”, “Rosa” and now a limited edition “Debaucherry” made with morello cherries!

Bullards Gin
Bullards is no newcomer to the Norfolk spirit scene with its roots going back to 1837 when Richard Bullard founded the Anchor Brewery in Norwich. Today’s Bullards Gin is presently the only Gin we’re aware of to be distilled in Norwich, in the prominent “Crystal House” in Cattle Market Street in the heart of the city. The Bullards Gin range includes “London Dry”, “Old Tom”, “Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin” and “Coastal”.

Pink Marmalade Colour Changing Gin
When we first heard about this brand-new gin we simply couldn’t resist! This highly unique gin starts with a secret recipe salted pink marmalade and twelve other botanicals. Mix tonic with this Pink Marmalade Gin and you’ll see it change colour before your very eyes, from cool blue to rose pink!
St. Giles Gin
There is indeed a fascinating story behind most of our local gins and their producers and the St Giles gins are no exception. The brainchild of Simon Weston, a professional diver from Norwich who has literally travelled the world and returned home to distil a highly respected range of gins inspired by his adventures. The original St Giles Gin (created using botanicals including lemon grass and rose petals) is joined by Raspberry, Rhubarb & Ginger Gin and a 57%
Naval Strength “Divers” Edition Gin too.

The Tiny Tipple Company
You can’t help but love the Tiny Tipple Tipples! Created by “The Tipplers” Amanda and Karen, two “School Mums” from the Norfolk / Suffolk border who took their hobby of home-brewing and wine-making to a whole new level! They now grow and gather from their own allotments and surrounding countryside garden and hedgerow fruit to create the most delectable gin, rum, vodka and brandy liqueurs. As the tipples are created from seasonal harvests, availability changes throughout the year, but you can usually expect to find at least twelve different drinks available at any one time.

WhataHoot Gin
After launching their business on the Sandringham Estate, yet another husband and wife team, Jason & Nicky, soon outgrew their first distillery. They now have a brand-new premise in historic Kings Lynn with even more stills to keep up with demand of their What a Hoot Gins. The Tawny Owl Orange Gin has become an instant hit at Green Pastures which is made with real zesty oranges.

Archangel Gin
Produced on a working farm in North Norfolk, a stone’s throw away from the famous monastical houses of Walsingham. Many of the botanicals for the Archangel Gins are locally sourced including juniper and sea buckthorn bushes grown on the farm which are finished with Walsingham water.
Nelson’s Gold
Caramelised Vodka
If you have a sweet tooth, you will adore this unique Norfolk vodka! The brainchild of Matt and Steph (also creators of Boadicea Gin and our Espresso Martini too), they blend their premium Wild Knight vodka (which they make from Norfolk Barley) with handmade caramel and the result is something very special indeed. Perfect to enjoy neat over ice but save some too to pour over your dessert or ice-cream too!

Black Shuck Norfolk Rum
Our first Norfolk Rum to arrive at Green Pastures! With the interest in Rum rapidly growing, it was only a matter of time before our local producers got in on the act! Choose from a supersmooth White Rum, a warming Spiced Rum or a delectable Honey Rum Liqueur.
Wild Knight Espresso Martini
Our latest gem from Matt and Steph and going down a treat with Green Pastures customers. Their Espresso Martini again uses their Wild Knight Vodka as the base, but this time infused with a cold-brewed single-origin speciality coffee.
