Yare Valley Oils Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil 250ml

Cold pressed rapeseed oil, grown and pressed on the very nearby Mack’s family farm in Surlingham, just 4 miles away from Green Pastures farm Shop! It is perfect for everyday use in the kitchen.

The pressed by mechanical means without using any chemicals or solvents to produce an incredibly pure oil that is twice filtered. This oil is delicate enough for use as a dressing and dipping but, with the natural burn point of around 240 degrees it can be used for frying and roasting as well as for both sweet and savoury baking where you might otherwise use margarine.
