Ingredients:
2kg Chicken (any part but cut into chunks)
3 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
5 bay leaves
2 sprigs rosemary
2 glasses dry white wine
1 glass extra virgin olive oil
1 kg potatoes peeled & quartered
3 tablespoons grated parmesan
Salt & Pepper to season
How To:

Very simple… preheat oven to 190c, 375f, gas mark 5

Mix all the ingredients together in a cooking pot, cover with lid and leave to marinate for an hour

Place in oven and cook for 1 ½ hours or until everything is tender

Can also be cooked slowly in an aga bottom oven
